Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in outbound and inbound calling, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads or sales.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to convert them into customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide product/service information clearly and accurately.
• Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign feedback and improvement.
• Maintain a positive and respectful tone during all interactions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [Languages - e.g., English, Hindi, Regional Languages].
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Prior experience in the education, finance, real estate, or FMCG sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales or lead generation processes.
