Telecaller Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team at Dyneton. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining Alibaba.com’s B2B services, and scheduling meetings for the sales or onboarding team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about communication, sales, and helping businesses grow online. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) from the provided database. Explain Alibaba.com’s services and the benefits of having a global online presence. Schedule appointments for field sales or onboarding teams. Follow up on leads (cold and warm) to convert them into active prospects. Handle initial queries and objections professionally and confidently. Record call details, lead status, and customer interactions accurately. Share daily call reports and feedback with the team lead/manager. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English . Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred. Basic understanding of B2B platforms or online business models is an added advantage. Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
