💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and existing customers

• Explain services and offerings clearly and confidently

• Maintain proper follow-ups and convert inquiries into leads or sales

• Record customer details and interactions accurately in CRM

• Handle queries and concerns with professionalism and patience

• Achieve set daily and monthly calling/conversion targets

• Share feedback and reporting with the internal sales and marketing teams

• Coordinate with other departments when necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service

• Strong command over English (both spoken and written) is mandatory

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

• Confident and persuasive speaking ability

• Strong writing skills for basic reporting and messaging

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel

• Good listening skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to handle objections and pressure professionally

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
