Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Explain the products/services offered by the company.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Maintain records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
Coordinate with the sales or service team when required.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum HSC or Graduate (any stream).
Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / Marathi / other regional language – as required].
Ability to handle rejections and stress in a professional manner.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or BPO is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
