Job Description

A Tele Caller makes outgoing calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, gather information, or address inquiries. The role involves achieving targets, maintaining customer relationships, and handling customer queries efficiently over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Answer questions about products or services and resolve any customer queries. Keep accurate records of customer information and update the database regularly. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the organization. Follow up on leads and maintain a professional relationship with potential customers. Provide relevant information to customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable products. Handle customer objections and complaints in a calm and effective manner. Collaborate with the sales team to improve the sales process and outcomes. Skills and Qualifications: bachelor's degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software). Good listening skills and ability to handle diverse types of personalities. Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
