Telecaller

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele caller to build and nurture relationships with partners, influencers, media outlets, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, networking abilities, and experience in executing outreach strategies to promote our brand, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential partners, influencers, bloggers, and media contacts aligned with the company’s goals.
• Develop and implement outreach campaigns to promote brand awareness, events, and product launches.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with external partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for outreach purposes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with company objectives.
• Track and report the performance of outreach campaigns, providing insights and improvement suggestions.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups to expand partnership opportunities.
• Maintain an updated contact database of outreach leads and partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in outreach, PR, partnerships, or influencer marketing (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with outreach tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
