Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and follow up with leads from the website, campaigns, and social media
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable DigiStay services
• Build trust, resolve queries, and assist in the decision-making process
• Update CRM with accurate lead and call information
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth conversions
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, and follow-ups

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in inbound telecalling, telesales, or lead handling
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English
• Good listener with a customer-first approach
• Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is a plus

• Background in BPO, inbound support, or customer care is a strong advantage

• Experience in hospitality, travel, or B2B sales is a bonus
