Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining our real estate projects, and generating leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
• Explain real estate project details, features, and benefits to clients.
• Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads to schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for future business opportunities.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.
• Prior experience in telecalling /real estate sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English).
• Confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software).
