Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or generated leads. Clearly and concisely present information about our products/services to potential customers. Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for product/service offerings. Answer questions and address concerns from potential customers professionally and accurately. Maintain a detailed record of all calls, including customer information, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales/lead generation quotas. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics, adapting as needed to individual customer interactions. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends. Handle customer rejections and objections gracefully and professionally.
