We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, sell products/services, or gather feedback. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. --- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments Maintain customer databases and update call records Handle customer queries and resolve their concerns efficiently Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions Provide accurate information to customers Follow communication scripts when handling different topics Maintain a high level of professionalism during interactions --- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role is preferred We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team.
