Telecaller cum Relationship Manager ( Female )

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller cum Relationship Manager (Female) to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, sourcing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, convincing ability, and a good understanding of the stock broking & capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to build long-term trust and satisfaction.
• Sourcing and acquiring new clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Managing existing mapped clients within the territory and ensuring consistent business growth.
• Driving business development initiatives and converting potential leads into long-term clients.
• Educating clients about stock broking, mutual funds, SIPs, and other investment opportunities.
• Coordinating with the team to ensure seamless client servicing and support.
• Achieving business targets while maintaining high levels of customer engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce/Finance preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience as a Relationship Manager / Telecaller in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Stock Broking / Capital Markets.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills with a client-first attitude.
• Quick learner with adaptability and eagerness to grow in the financial domain.
