Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident female telecaller with strong communication skills to join BCIF at a national level. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi (Bengali is optional) and capable of handling both telecalling and basic managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders across India.
• Manage and update BCIF’s social media pages (especially X and LinkedIn).
• Assist in day-to-day coordination, data management, and communication tasks.
• Support organizational campaigns and outreach programs.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English and Hindi (Bengali optional).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media management (X/Twitter & LinkedIn essential).
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer relations preferred.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly from home.
