Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and efficient Telecaller cum Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, maintaining records, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, inquiries, and feedback. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner. Assist in daily administrative tasks such as managing files, documents, and office supplies. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and maintain reports as required by the management. Ensure a well-organized and clean office environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or in a similar role. Strong communication skills in [insert languages, e.g., English and Hindi]. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in administrative or office management roles.
