Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries. Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system. Follow up on leads to generate business opportunities. Maintain a professional tone and provide excellent customer service. Computer Operation Duties: Enter and manage data in MS Office, CRM, or company software. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports. Draft and send official emails as required. Keep records updated and organized (digital & physical). ✅ Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry) Good communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language) Pleasant telephone etiquette and convincing ability Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers can apply)
