TELECALLER CUM BILLING EXECUTIVE

job Title: Telecaller cum Billing Executive Location: Wakadewadi, shivajinagar Pune  Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telecaller cum Billing Executive to handle customer calls, manage inquiries, and maintain accurate billing records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite telephone manner, and basic accounting or billing knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback. Handle inbound customer calls and provide information about products or services. Generate and manage customer bills/invoices using billing software or Excel. Maintain customer records and payment details accurately. Coordinate with sales and accounts departments for payment updates. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call and billing reports. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and prompt issue resolution. -- Required Skills: Good verbal and written communication in Hindi  Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel). Familiarity with billing software (Tally, Zoho, or equivalent) is an advantage. Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy. Customer-focused attitude with patience and confidence on calls. --- Qualification & Experience: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
