telecaller is responsible to generate sales revenue through telesales in Marathi or hindi or gujarati languages Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships to close sales. Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide relevant information. Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team. Keep detailed records of calls, interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, promotions, and pricing. Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and provide appropriate solutions. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Maintain knowledge of company products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate to customers.
