Telecaller at Mumbai

JOB BRIEF:-

Tele sales / Tele caller is responsible for Cold calling enquiries generated in the Company. Answering incoming calls from prospective customers/students. Using scripts to provide information about product's or courses features, prices etc. and present their benefits.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Initiating sales with potential students over the phone.
• Developing a comprehensive plan for career development based on each student’s interests, needs, and goals.
• Working on leads generated and converting it into the admissions.
• Recommending educational opportunities such as vocational training or job prospectus courses that may lead to a career change.
• Keeping up to date on all products, courses and informing students of new products and courses offered.
• Taking walk-in and telephonic inquiries about all the courses
• Meeting sales quotas achieving target enrollments.

EDUCATIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:-

• Any Bachelor Degree or Master Degree with the knowledge of tele sales or telemarketing.
• Good Communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi speaking.
• Excellent Telephonic communication skills.
• Having the knowledge of Excel including all MS Office. (Work experience in Excel should be preferred)
• Freshers or 1 to 3 Years of experience in tele sales and career counseling at any educational sectors.
• Both Male & Females are considered for this job role.
• Ready to relocate Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
