Telecaller

We are hiring an experienced and confident Telecaller to join our team at our Banjara Hills in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, with excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude. You will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, following up with patients or leads, and supporting front-office operations. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients/patients to explain clinic services and promotions. Handle inbound inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, and service details. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Maintain and update client/patient databases regularly. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally. Coordinate with clinic staff and doctors for smooth appointment flow. Maintain call logs and prepare daily reports on follow-ups and conversions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Minimum 10+2; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: At least 1 year in telecalling, customer service, or similar roles Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred) Polite, persuasive, and confident speaking manner Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools) Experience in a healthcare/dental/clinic setup is a plus Work Schedule: Working Days: 6 days/week (1 weekly off) Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Flexibility to work extended hours if required
