Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Lucknow. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls, provide product/service information to potential and current clients, manage customer inquiries, and resolve complaints. The role involves maintaining a high level of customer service, keeping records of customer interactions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Telecaller will also be responsible for achieving individual and team targets.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service abilities and experience in handling inquiries
Proficiency in managing and recording customer interactions
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets
Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
