Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a persuasive and result-driven Telecaller to contact potential customers (leads provided by the company), explain our products or services, and convert leads into confirmed orders. The candidate should be confident in verbal communication, able to handle rejections positively, and target-oriented. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers from the provided leads database. Explain products/services in a clear and concise manner. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions/products. Persuade and convince customers to place an order. Follow up with interested leads to close the sale. Maintain daily call logs and update customer interactions in CRM/tools. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries and resolve objections professionally. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for feedback and insights. Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, polite, and patient on the phone. Ability to convince and influence others. Basic computer skills and familiarity with using call scripts or CRM. Target-driven and self-motivated attitude. Knowledge of the product/service (training will be provided). Qualifications:Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred. Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage. Fluency in [Language(s) – e.g., Hindi and English] is mandatory.
