SSA aims to provide job-oriented vocational skills to underprivileged youth to enhance their social and economic quality of life. Offering 12 weeks of industry-relevant, practical training on a pro-bono basis, SSA focuses on building life skills like effective communication, etiquette, and grooming. The academy partners with industry leaders to create employment opportunities for its candidates.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Telecaller at Sharadha Skill Academy, located in Coimbatore. The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to potential candidates, providing information about the academy's programs, following up with interested individuals, and maintaining accurate records of communications. Additionally, the role involves addressing queries, guiding students through the enrollment process, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between the academy and prospective students.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in local and English language, Tamil Language
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and data entry
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
