Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic IIoT Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on training on Industrial Internet of Things , including basic IIoT concepts , embedded systems , Arduino programming , cloud integration , and dashboard creation . This role involves working with students and institutions to build strong technical foundations and help them prepare for careers in smart manufacturing, automation, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Teach fundamental and advanced IIoT concepts , including architecture, components, and use cases Deliver practical sessions on embedded systems , Arduino-based projects , and sensor interfacing Introduce students to cloud platforms like AWS IoT or Azure IoT and explain basic cloud integration Guide learners in creating dashboards for real-time data monitoring (using tools like Grafana or Node-RED) Conduct college workshops and seminars for student outreach and engagement Convert incoming leads from digital marketing into successful enrollments Support students with curriculum-based training , assessments , and placement readiness Regularly update training material to match industry trends and technologies Required Skills & Technologies Strong understanding of Industrial IoT basics and its application in smart factories Experience with Arduino , Raspberry Pi , and ESP32 for hands-on training Familiarity with embedded systems programming using C/C++ or MicroPython Understanding of communication protocols: MQTT , Modbus , HTTP/HTTPS Basic working knowledge of cloud platforms : AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, or Google Cloud IoT Ability to create dashboards for data visualization (e.g., Grafana , Power BI , Node-RED ) Good communication and classroom management skills Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 5 years of hands-on industry or training experience in IIoT/Embedded/Automation fields Prior experience conducting workshops, webinars, or technical training sessions is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Have you previously worked as a trainer or delivered technical workshops?
