Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Chennai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products and services, maintaining customer databases, and following up on leads. The role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints, achieving targeted telecalling metrics, and supporting sales initiatives through effective communication.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in telecalling or customer service
Basic computer skills, including data entry and CRM systems
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
