Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Tele Sales Officer at HDFC Bank. The primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls to engage customers, providing information about banking products and services, generating potential leads for financial offerings, and proactively managing the sales process to meet targets. The role also involves coordinating with sales teams and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers, addressing queries, and building positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Communication, and interpersonal interactions
• Experience in Lead Generation and converting prospects into valuable customers
• Knowledge of Sales Operations and Channel Sales processes
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Proficiency in local language(s) is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant work experience in sales/customer service is preferred
