Role Overview: As a Tele Sales representative at VOIZ in Ahmedabad, your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, handle inquiries, drive sales, and maintain client relationships. Effective communication with customers, collaboration with sales management, and participation in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge are essential aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential customers via telecalling - Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information - Drive sales by promoting products or services - Manage and nurture relationships with clients - Collaborate with sales management to meet targets - Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in sales and sales management, specifically in B2B telecalling and fintech - 2-3 years of experience in tele sales within the financial products and services sector - Ability to work effectively on-site in Ahmedabad - Proven track record in a sales environment is advantageous - Graduation in finance or accounting is preferred Additional Company Details: VOIZ is a tele-jobs marketplace connecting companies with WFH agents.
