Job Title: Process Agent (Loan Sales) Location: Permanent WFH Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month Department: Customer Support / Loan Operations Job Overview: We are looking for dedicated and experienced Telesales executives - Loans to join our team. As a Telesales executives - Loans, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the loan process, ensuring they understand all the necessary steps and assisting them with any queries related to loans. If you have 6 months of experience in the field and are passionate about helping customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Customer Loan Guidance: Assist and guide customers through the loan application process, providing clear instructions and ensuring a seamless experience. Loan Eligibility & Documentation: Evaluate customer eligibility for loans and assist with required documentation and submission. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and questions regarding loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and any other relevant issues. Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications: Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in the loan processing field/financial product or services sales field Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus. Knowledge: Strong understanding of loan processes, financial products, and or cryptocurrency operations.
