Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching products/services, and closing sales over the phone. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Maintain follow-ups with interested leads and close sales Update customer information and call records accurately in the CRM system Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Handle objections professionally and convert rejections into opportunities Work closely with the sales team to share insights and improve processes Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or a customer service role preferred Familiarity with CRM systems and telephonic etiquette Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Confident, persuasive, and persistent attitude Good sales and negotiation skills Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools) Fluency in English, Hindi, or other regional languages as per the business need Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹9,242.66 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 21/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 23/06/2025
