It is a target-based job. You will get a fixed in hand salary and on completion of target you will get additional incentives too. Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call Centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service and completing sales target. Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
