About the Role:

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services.
  • Maintain a detailed record of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Handle customer queries in a professional manner and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive, confident, and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

Education:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
