Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Tele Sales Executive - Tamil. The position involves engaging with Tamil-speaking clients to promote and sell products and services, building strong relationships, and identifying customer needs. Daily tasks will include conducting sales calls, following up on leads, understanding customer challenges, providing solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role will also require maintaining customer records and communicating feedback to relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Tamil (speaking and listening) along with strong verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in tele sales or customer-focused roles and the ability to meet sales targets
• Proficiency in persuasive communication and active listening
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage customer records effectively
• Basic understanding of decentralized platforms, technology, or willingness to learn quickly
• Proficient in using common office software or CRM tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently
• Prior experience in software or technology sales is an advantage
