Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details.

- Convince and convert leads into confirmed site visits.

- Maintain daily calling and conversion targets.

- Update call status and follow-ups in the CRM system.

- Maintain professional call etiquette and ensure quality conversations.

- Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handover and feedback.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in outbound sales or real estate telecalling.

- Good communication skills in Tamil and Hindi (mandatory).

- Strong persuasion and follow-up ability.

Acting Team Lead Outbound Telecalling (Real Estate Domain)

Role Summary

The candidate will act as the first point of escalation for the team and ensure achievement of daily targets and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily team performance and ensure adherence to targets (calls, leads, site visits, conversions).

- Monitor the number of call attempts and quality of interactions.

- Conduct daily huddles, share feedback, and track progress.

- Coordinate with internal teams and clients on updates and reports.

- Handle a minimal number of outbound calls for priority leads or escalations.

- Support team motivation, training, and performance improvement.

- Ensure reporting, dashboards, and client deliverables are up to date.

Preferred Skills:

- Minimum 2-3 years of outbound tele calling/team lead experience in sales or real estate.

- Strong leadership, monitoring, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage targets and motivate a calling team.
