Role & responsibilities

  • Make and receive calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in Excel and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
  • Manage tasks independently with accountability and minimize absenteeism.

Qualifications & Requirements
