Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make and receive calls to potential and existing clients.
Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in Excel and CRM tools.
Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
Manage tasks independently with accountability and minimize absenteeism.

Qualifications & Requirements

Fluent in
English and Tamil
; Hindi is a plus.
Based in
Chennai
and available for on-site work.
Flexible with working hours, including occasional Sundays.
Tech-friendly; comfortable using
Excel, CRM, and digital tools

2+ years of telecalling experience
, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
Responsive, productive, and committed to

Young professionals under 35
