Job Description

Tele Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B Sales)

Job Description / Role & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote company products and services
Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database calling
Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into sales
Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for order processing and payment follow-ups
Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and sales records
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Build long-term relationships with clients through professional communication

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
(B.Com, BBA, or any stream preferred)
1 to 5 years
of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Tele Marketing
Experience in
B2B sales
, engineering products, industrial products, or services will be an added advantage
Good communication skills in
Hindi & English
(Gujarati preferred)
Confident, convincing, and target-oriented personality
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email communication
Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
