Tele Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B Sales) Job Description / Role & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote company products and services Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database calling Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into sales Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for order processing and payment follow-ups Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and sales records Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth Build long-term relationships with clients through professional communication Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or any stream preferred) 1 to 5 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Tele Marketing Experience in B2B sales , engineering products, industrial products, or services will be an added advantage Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Gujarati preferred) Confident, convincing, and target-oriented personality Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email communication Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone Freshers with good communication skills can also apply Job Details Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Location: Ahmedabad Salary: 15,000 35,000 per month (based on experience & performance) Incentives: Performance-based incentives
