Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Making Outbound Calls and take the feedback of the customers about our services. Understanding the Interested and Non- Interested Customers. Generate high quality leads as defined by the sales protocols. Attending incoming calls and understanding clients concerns with complete patience and enthusiasm. Maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects. Responsible for adhering to information security guidelines. Requirements and skills Graduation or Equivalent. Priorly experience Working as a Tele Sales Executive or in a Similar role. Knowledgeable with Computers. Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse Viewpoints Ability to change the communication style on unusual events. Excellent Interpersonal, research and record-keeping skills.
