Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make
outbound
and/or
inbound
calls to prospective customers to explain and promote Star Health insurance products.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products (individual policies, family floater, OPD cover, etc.).
Achieve sales targets / KPIs (monthly / quarterly).
Follow up leads (including warm leads) to close sales.
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales status, documentation etc.
Provide good customer service; answer queries, resolve objections, ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms (IRDAI guidelines) and company policies.
Report regularly to supervisor / team lead on sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Prior experience in telesales / insurance / financial services is a plus.
Good communication skills (verbal + written), preferably in local language and English.
Persuasion / negotiation skills.
Comfortable with targets and performance-oriented work.
Basic computer skills; comfortable using phone, CRM / sales tools.
