Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:

    • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, address issues, and share best practices.
    • Monitor daily activities of the telesales team to ensure compliance with scripts, sales processes, and company policies.
  2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the telesales team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create sales campaigns and promotions.
  3. Coaching and Development:

    • Provide ongoing coaching and training to telesales representatives to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement training programs and materials for new hires and existing team members.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Implement and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyse team performance, sales metrics, and call quality to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on telesales activities, performance, and results to senior management.
    • Implement corrective actions and process improvements based on performance analysis.
  6. Process Improvement:

    • Continuously evaluate and improve telesales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices in telesales and customer service.
    • Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks proactively.
  7. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies and activities.
    • Provide feedback to marketing on the effectiveness of campaigns and customer feedback.
    • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the CRM system and other sales tools are optimized for team use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or BHMS, BAMS, BDS.
  • Proven experience as a Telesales / Telecaller, Sales experience in call centre industry or in the healthcare or hair transplant industry.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
