Tele Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to pitch personal loan products to potential customers.
  • Build strong customer rapport, explain product features, and answer queries effectively.
  • Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
  • Adhere to sales scripts while maintaining a personalized customer approach.
  • Consistently achieve daily/weekly sales and call volume targets.
  • Participate in sales and product training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of telesales or outbound sales experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of personal loan products is a plus.
