Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for potential clients or customers. Research and prospect new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients. Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Participate in sales meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations. Actively engage in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Represent the company and promote its products or services. Deal with vendors and customers, maintaining strong relationships. Collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
