Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Tele Sales Executive who can connect with students and parents over phone calls, explain our programs, and convert inquiries into enrollments. If you enjoy talking to people, can build trust quickly, and thrive on achieving targets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and parents from our lead database.
• Understand their academic needs and suggest suitable programs.
• Follow up with interested leads to ensure timely conversions.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the counseling and academic teams for smooth onboarding of students.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, counseling, or inside sales.
• Prior experience in the EdTech or education counseling sector will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
