The role is all about building strong connections with students, parents, schools, and colleges, helping young learners discover the right academic and career pathways while creating awareness about our programs. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute student outreach initiatives across Chandigarh and nearby regions (including travel to other cities when required). Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops in schools, colleges, and student communities. Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, counselors, and student groups. Represent the organization at education fairs, events, and career guidance sessions. Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and strategies for student engagement. Maintain a database of leads, track conversions, and report outreach activities regularly. Act as the local face of FormBazaar and Apticube, ensuring students and parents feel supported and well-guided. Who We’re Looking For Graduate (Master’s preferred) with 0–2 years of experience in education, sales, or outreach roles. Excellent communication and public speaking skills. Role Overview We’re looking for a driven Tele Sales Executive who can connect with students and parents over phone calls, explain our programs, and convert inquiries into enrollments. If you enjoy talking to people, can build trust quickly, and thrive on achieving targets, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to students and parents from our lead database. Understand their academic needs and suggest suitable programs. Follow up with interested leads to ensure timely conversions. Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and sales reports. Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Coordinate with the counseling and academic teams for smooth onboarding of students. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, counseling, or inside sales.
