Location: Vaiyapuri Nagar, Kurumbapalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele-Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to convert leads into sales over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the products
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and deals in CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and reporting to team lead
• Coordinate with dispatch and accounts team for smooth order processing
• Handle queries, objections, and close sales effectively

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any degree (Freshers and experienced)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil & English
• Confidence in speaking with customers and convincing them over the phone
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or Excel
• Sales mindset with a focus on achieving targets
