Job Title: Telecaller Location: Rohtak, Haryana Company: Giant Truss (A Division of Dlyft India LLP) Experience: Minimum 1 Year Salary: Up to 3 LPA
Job Description: Giant Truss is looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to support our sales and marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and customer follow-ups for our aluminum truss products used in events, exhibitions, and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company products. Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects. Maintain a database of customer calls and interactions. Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures. Handle basic customer queries and share product information. Schedule appointments and maintain call logs. Assist in telemarketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Should be target-oriented and able to handle pressure.
Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B calling or construction/events industry. Local candidate from Rohtak or nearby preferred.
