Tele Sales Executive

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with prospective clients over phone calls and explain Carlton Edu’s trading services, educational offerings, and account benefits.
• Convert leads into active clients through confident communication, needs analysis, and persuasive presentation.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and warm leads—no cold calling nightmares.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with call records, client feedback, and next steps.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on forex, crypto, and financial markets to educate clients with credibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Passion for sales, trading, or financial markets.
• Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead conversion roles is preferred.
• Confident, self-driven, and able to handle objections professionally.
• Ability to work with targets and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
