Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in tele sales, preferably in the financial services sector, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching business loan products of a reputable bank to potential clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Fluency in English is essential, and a strong understanding of financial products will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively reach out to potential business clients through outbound calls to pitch various business loan products offered by the bank. * Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of different loan products. * Understand customer needs and financial requirements to recommend suitable loan solutions. * Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and data mining. * Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications. * Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Address customer queries and concerns effectively and professionally. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings. * Adhere to all company policies and compliance regulations. Qualifications: * Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in any discipline. * Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer service, preferably within the banking, financial services, or loan sales industry. * Language: Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication). Proficiency in other regional languages will be an added advantage. * Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. * Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). * Target-oriented and resilient under pressure. * Basic understanding of financial products, especially business loans, is a plus.
