tele sales cum sales coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Tele Sales Cum Sales Coordinator with 2–5 years of experience in the sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and coordinating sales activities to achieve organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales through outbound calls to potential customers.
• Identify and qualify new business leads through telephonic interactions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches to promote products/services over the phone.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales while meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and marketing to drive business growth.
• Prepare and share regular sales reports and updates with management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM preferred).
• Languages: Bengali, Hindi, and English .
