Tele Marketing Executive

As a Home Loan Calling Executive at Stallions Proptech Solution, a Real Estate Mandate Firm, your primary responsibility will be to educate clients about our home loan products and assist them in selecting the most suitable option based on their needs. You will guide clients through the application process and maintain regular communication to provide updates on their loan applications. Meeting targets and contributing to the growth of the home loan team will be crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, BPO, or a related field. The working days are 6 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday being compulsory. The work timings are from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, totaling 9 hours of mandated working per day. This position is full-time, with a day shift, fixed shift, and weekend availability required. A performance bonus will be provided based on your achievements. The educational requirement for this role is a higher secondary (12th pass), while having a total work experience of 1 year is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience in telesales being required. Proficiency in Hindi and English is necessary for effective communication with clients. The work location is in person.
