We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting our real estate projects over the phone.
Key Responsibilities: 1. *Lead Generation*: Identify and contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, or other means. 2. *Client Communication*: Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and provide information about our real estate projects. 3. *Sales Pitch*: Deliver a compelling sales pitch to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our projects. 4. *Data Management*: Update client information and lead status in our CRM system. 5. *Team Collaboration*: Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and share feedback. Requirements: 1. *Excellent Communication Skills*: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English/Hindi/local language. 2. *Sales Experience*: Prior experience in telesales or real estate industry is desirable. 3. *Target-Oriented*: Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. 4. *Product Knowledge*: Willingness to learn about real estate projects and industry trends.
