Tele Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

A Tele Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting products/services over the phone, generating leads, maintaining customer relations, and supporting the sales team to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain an updated database of customer information and call records in CRM or Excel.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and previous calls to convert leads into sales.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Take feedback from customers and report market trends or competitor activities to management.
• Maintain professionalism, politeness, and customer-oriented communication during every call.
• Assist in tele-calling campaigns, promotional activities, and email/WhatsApp follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass (as per company requirement).
• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (or regional language as required).
• Confident, persuasive, and good at handling objections.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email, CRM software).
• Ability to work under targets and maintain a positive attitude.
• Good listening skills and customer relationship management.
