We are looking for the Fresher candidate for Tele caller

Experience - Fresher

Work location: Adyar, Chennai

• Engage in outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, nurturing warm leads and generating new sales opportunities.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
• Negotiate terms and close deals by understanding client needs, overcoming objections, and offering compelling solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and follow-up strategies that maximize outreach effectiveness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering technical sales support, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Maintain detailed records of all communications, meetings, and transactions to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up actions.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques.
